Ordering & Payment
Minimum order of $200 is required for opening orders. Minimum order of $100 for reorders.
All orders are to be placed through the use of our wholesale page with a credit card. Payment by check or other online payment methods are not accepted.
To allow for order processing and printing, our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks, though it may vary. Please contact us before ordering if you have a time-sensitive order, as expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Display & Packaging
We require that our products be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Please contact us if you have questions about our packaging.
Shipping costs are charged at the time of order placement. Domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority.
Emily Jeffords Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays or damage. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer. Please refer to our studio terms and policies on our website for more information.
Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges
All cancellations or changes to your order may be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellations or reductions to your order will be issued a restocking fee for 20% of the total deducted from your order. Any issues, incorrectly shipped products, returns, or exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of reporting. The retailer is responsible for any shipping cost for returns. All products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.
All products are printed in-house or by our local print house. Each print is cut and packaged by hand by our small studio team.
Wholesale & Retail Pricing
Retailers must adhere to the set retail pricing as specified in the ordering and pricing form. Failure to comply with pricing will result in wholesale account termination.
