"Sweet Fern" Mixed Media Cyanotype Collage on Wood

My love of balance, design, nature, and art comes together in this series of collage artwork I created from 2012-2017. The process of gathering elements and evolving them until the art emerged fascinated me. The center of this piece is a cyanotype sun print that I then combined it with paper, string, metal, found objects, and fabric on a piece of walnut wood from my grandfather’s wood shop
