Wholesale Terms & Policies

  • Through Faire

    Our products are available on Faire. You can order through our direct link which enables you to receive free returns along with Net60 terms. If you are new to Faire, you will receive $100 off your first order, plus free shipping with us for an entire year.

  • Opening order: $150 USD

    Reorders: $100 USD

    Minimum Prints: 2 per SKU

    Minimum desk items: 3 per SKU

  • Printed in my studio on fine art quality printing canvas with a giclee large scale professional printer and hand-cut in the studio. Your artwork will arrive in a crystal clear sleeve along with high-quality white backing and a lovely label.

    Retailers must adhere to the set retail pricing as specified in the ordering and pricing form. Failure to comply with pricing will result in wholesale account termination. Retailers must agree to our studio’s terms and policies for approval. We reserve the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply.

  • Please allow 1 week for shipping & handling. Orders are shipped out using the most economical shipping carrier based on the weight of the package. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order placement. Domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. 

    Emily Jeffords Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays or damage. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer. Please refer to our studio terms and policies on our website for more information. 

  • Wholesale returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not accept cancellations or changes once order has been shipped. Any cancellations or reductions to your order will be issued a restocking fee for 20% of the total deducted from your order. The retailer is responsible for any shipping cost for returns. All products returns must be unused and in original packaging. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
