“Stay True” was created in the spring of 2022 and 2023 as an act of defiant peace. Sometimes, when life feels especially overwhelming or heavy, I carve out an afternoon, a day, even just an hour to pick up my brushes and feel the generosity of creativity, reminding myself of the rich beauty and inspiration available to each of us. The contrast feels like the most gracious healer and reminder.
