Quiet Adventure, II: Simply in Harmony

I’ll speak for myself, but I love to overcomplicate things. In my painting practice, one of my main goals is to do things simply. To take away the layers. To share beauty in its rawest and most honest form. Allow the simple harmony of all things to shine through.

Oil stained canvas is built layer by layer until a landscape emerges — glowing and complex. This piece is absolutely gorgeous and seems to radiate light and tremendous feelings of peace.
