“Always notice the glimmers” is a phrase that has been rolling around my mind (often when things feel the most dark or difficult) and is a nudge to remember that there is beauty and joy to be found everywhere and in each situation.

Not to be annoyingly optimistic, but honest. It's true — In the dark, the little bits of light you find are precious, sacred, a lifeline. The metaphor has carried me through many challenging days, reminding me of the light I hold within.
