This buttery soft, medium-weight silk scarf is botanically dyed, stained, and hand-painted by moi.
Let me tell you about this magical process; I am so enamored with it— Flowers, ground roots, leaves, bark, and spices blend to create color-stories that are unique, magical, and natural. The silks are then bundled & put into the steamer, sealing in the pigments and stains. From there I can adjust the hues to make certain areas darker and moodier, or brighter and more vibrant. — A conversation with nature and science & my personal willingness to experiment (always a delight and a challenge for someone who loves creative control.)
