This Seconds Sale piece is printed on wonderful flat fine art quality printing canvas with a giclee large scale professional printer and hand-cut in studio. This piece is unstretched and will arrive rolled in a protective tube.

"Nearing the Coast" is a moment of calm mixed with rugged, beautiful energy.  The ocean is near, but out of sight.  The land is confused.  Is it grassy and mainland or is it wild and coastal?   The in-between lands.  The untamed beauty. This painting was created as a part of my “New Life” collection which was created in the few months after the birth of my youngest baby. Sweet, exhausting, fulfilling days.

We print all of our archival art prints in house, which means we have the occasional print that doesn't pass our studio’s super strict quality check. All items in the Studio Second Sale have been reduced in price due to inconsistencies in sizing and various production faults e.g. a bit of dust in varnish, print cropped within 1/8 inch - 1/2 inch unless otherwise specified, a small blemish in printface or margin, varnished without margin, or a faded margin that does not affect printface. While these prints didn't meet our high quality standards, they are still SO beautiful and absolutely worth being framed and hung in your home.
